Robert Devine

Robert's practice is built on institutional transactional training and a decade of operating under conditions where the consequence of error is not a billing dispute. He brings deal mechanics, financial analysis, and document architecture to acquisitions, restructurings, patent prosecution, and complex commercial contracts — at the deal sizes where the volume actually lives.
