Loops & Leaps
New clients spend 90 minutes with us and receive a customized business and intellectual property strategy and plan for legal services.
The fee may be applied to our recommended service plan.
Fee: $995 -
Project Consultation
A 60-minute meeting to discuss a specific proposed project or evaluate pending legal concerns.
This fee may be applied to your legal services.
Fee: $595 -
Attorney Q&A
These sessions are for existing clients who have specific questions about a potential or impending project and are sometimes used to help prospective clients find clarity before scheduling legal services.
This fee may not be applied to future legal services.

FLAT FEE SERVICES

Weekly Project
Week-long projects include one attorney meeting, unlimited calls and emails, and client portal access.
Examples:
▶ Review or revise a service agreement, license, or NDA
▶ Conduct a basic trademark clearance search and recommend next steps
▶ Draft or respond to a cease and desist letter
▶ Provide guidance on a specific legal question or situation
Fee: $795 -
Monthly Project
One-month projects include three attorney meetings, unlimited calls and emails, and client portal access.
Examples:
▶ File a copyright or trademark application, including strategy and follow-up
▶ Draft a tailored contract or agreement for your creative business
▶ Support negotiations on a partnership, deal, or licensing opportunity
▶ Set up and document the formation of an LLC or S-corp
Fee: $2,385 -
Quarterly Project
Quarter-long projects include five attorney meetings, unlimited calls and emails, and client portal access.
Examples:
▶ Conduct a full intellectual property or legal health audit for your business
▶ Draft, revise, and organize a suite of contracts tailored to your operations
▶ Develop and file multiple trademarks or manage responses to USPTO actions
▶ Provide strategic legal support for a new brand, product launch, or business expansion
Fee: $4,995
HOURLY SERVICES
When we are asked to work on someone else’s words—whether reviewing a contract sent to you, reviewing the other side’s requested changes, negotiating on your behalf, or reviewing something you built with ChatGPT—we charge hourly.
Fee: $400/hour
A minimum retainer of 3 hours applies to all projects (i.e., $1,200).

Continuous Counsel™ is our invitation-only legal support membership plan for creative businesses with ongoing needs. You’ll get regular access to an attorney who understands your work, your goals, and your evolving legal landscape.
Continuous Counsel™ starts at $139/month, with a minimum commitment of 3 months.
Before joining, new clients must complete Loops and Leaps™ or a Project Consultation.
