PAID CONSULTATIONS
Loops & Leaps
New clients spend 90 minutes with us and receive a customized business and intellectual property strategy and plan for legal services.
The fee may be applied to our recommended legal service plan.

Lives & Legacies
New clients spend 90 minutes with us designing a comprehensive, specific, and death-positive estate plan.
The fee may be applied to our recommended estate package.

Project Consultation
A 60-meeting to discuss a specific proposed project or evaluate pending legal concerns.
A legal service proposal will follow, but this fee may not be applied to future services.

Registration
We can help you register your drawings, paintings, sculptures, online courses, manuscripts, and more with The Copyright Office.
$349 (including filing fee)
$240 for each additional registration.
Licensing
We prepare custom licensing agreements that allow you to share, sell, and receive income from your creative works.

Enforcement
We can help you protect your work when it is misused by corporations or by colleagues, or on social media.

Comprehensive Search
An in-depth search of your proposed mark to check if the name or design is already in use or has been filed for registration by another company or person.

Registration
After finalizing the details of your trademark, we draft your application, file it with the Trademark Office in the appropriate classes, and follow your application through the registration process.

Licensing
